Are you looking for the next step in your career? We are looking for an outstanding, highly motivated teacher to join us on our journey to becoming an ‘outstanding school’
This popular, new school on the outskirts of Norwich is part of the growing Evolution Academy Trust, providing excellent training opportunities for all members of the staff team. Costessey Infant and Junior Schools amalgamated in September 2019 to become Costessey Primary, with a newly refurbished building full of inspiring personnel! We aim to seek a primary teacher who is passionate about delivering outstanding lessons to children in their care. At our school we believe in the potential of our children and strive to ensure that every child can succeed. We provide a safe, stimulating environment which is inclusive for all, where learning is enjoyable, exciting and meaningful.
Our school is determined to reach excellence. We are seeking an excellent KS2 Teacher who can lead teams to achieve good levels of progress for our learners. We invite applications from teachers at all stages in their careers with ambition and passion for high pupil achievement.
The school is three form entry and therefore there is a team approach to teaching. This has been found to be extremely beneficial as teachers plan sessions together and this has increased the standard of teaching across the school. All classes have a teaching assistant to aid teaching and learning. On appointment, you will be given a laptop and iPad so you can utilize the school’s excellent IT provision. We can offer you an excellent teaching environment with good facilities within our school; supportive staff; excellent opportunities for professional development and pupils who are ready to learn.
We welcome applicants who believe that every child can succeed and can provide:
- Proven outstanding classroom practice
- A strong desire to inspire and motivate all pupils
- A commitment to raising achievement of all pupils
- A team player approach
- A willingness to give and receive support
We recommend that applicants visit the school, there will be school tours on Monday 24th February at 4pm. If you would like to book onto one of these please contact the School Office on 01603 742203.
